For over two decades, NEEDS has been empowering rural and marginalised communities across Jharkhand and Bihar through rights-based and community-driven development. We work to build resilient livelihoods, ensure access to health and nutrition, improve sanitation and hygiene, and promote the protection and education of children — creating pathways for dignity, equality and self-reliance.
